Appointments

Contact us online

We are asking all patients to use e-Consult when wanting to book any new appointments, request sick notes, travel forms or any other queries, please click on the eCounsult banner to get started. This enables us to triage all clinical requests through a GP and all admin requests through admin.

If your problem is not suitable for self care, please submit a eConsultation. We will contact you by the end of the next working day at the latest, and help you get the right help, with the right person, at the right time.

Appointment requests for patients under 18, or those unable to submit an online form, can still be made via telephone or by presenting to reception.

Appointments System

Have you considered self care?

Many things get better by themselves, or with simple measures. If you need help with self-managing your problem, we recommend the following:

However, if you still require our help, we have a number of options available, outlined below.

How our appointment system works

All Doctor appointments are now triaged via eConsult. This is helping us to prioritise patients clinical need and ensures you are treated by the most appropriate clinician. We will respond by text, phone, email, video or face to face consultation, whichever is the most appropriate. If you are unable to submit an eConsult then please call us and our Care Navigators  will take the details of your issue and submit a form on your behalf. Calling us may take longer than submitting an eConsult.

For life threatening emergencies and serious accidents dial 999.

The practice will be closed for calls from 12.30 to 1.30pm to reduce interruptions and make the handover of information and instructions between doctors and other staff structured and safe.

Non-urgent advice: Lateness Policy

If you are late for your appointment, you may need to re-book. This is to ensure that other patients are not delayed, and because most problems cannot be adequately managed in anything less than the already restricted consultation time.
